Kenneth Rooney

Kenneth William Christopher Rooney; of Orion Township; age 67; April 30, 2014. Ken is survived by his beloved wife Patricia Ann of 41 years; brother Clifford (Elizabeth) Rooney; nieces and nephews, Frank (Lynn) Thomas and family, Dottie (Marcello) Presutti and family, Sally (Rick) Manaois and family, and Mickie (Ray) Bulka and family; and many dear friends. Ken retired after 43 years with CN/GTW Railroad. He was an active member of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church for over 30 years. Ken loved traveling and his Irish heritage. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church. The family will receive friends on Friday at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with Scripture Prayers to begin at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions made to the charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated.
