Polan, Kimberly D. (Sampey) June 5, 2007 Age 36 of Oakland. Loving wife of George of 17 years. Dear mother of Lea and Alan. Daughter of Pat (Walt) Van Conant and Tom Sampey (Nancy Tisci). Sister of Kari (Steve) Mattinson. Granddaughter of Cora and the late Carl Code. Aunt of Codi and Karlie. Daughter-in-law of Chuck and Jean Polan. Sister-in-law of Josh Polan. Mrs. Polan graduated from Lake Orion High School in 1989. She worked for several years at Mercy Bellbrook. Funeral service Saturday 11 am @ the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Friday after 3pm, with suggested visiting hours of 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Reverend Bruce Denton officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
