Kittie June Fairbrother

Kittie June Fairbrother; lifelong resident of Pontiac; passed away on August 20, 2017 at the age of 91. Kittie was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Frances Carr; and her prior husband and father of her daughter, Thomas Fairbrother. She was also preceded in death by her special friend of 30 years, Raymond Edgar, with whom she happily traveled all over North America. Kittie is survived by her daughter Kittie Jane Fairbrother; her sisters Jane (Joe) Psenak and Marge (Arden) Cole; her niece Kristie (Greg) Powell; and their son Adam. Mrs. Fairbrother attended Oakland University and was a valued employee at General Motors Truck and Coach for 44 years. She considered motherhood her most important job and a day didn’t go by without her telling her daughter that she loved her. She hung in there as long as she could to teach and guide her daughter through life. Private Service has been held.
