Lavonia &Quot;Bonnie&Quot; Scott

May 1, 1930 — November 5, 2006

Lavonia "Bonnie" Scott of Pontiac; passed away on November 5, 2006. She is the wife of the late Andrew Scott; loving mother of seven children, Leon Morehead, Carla Luster, Karen Quarles, Xavia Lewis and Robert Potts. Lavonia was preceded in death by her two sons Larry Morehead and Isiah Morehead. She is also survived by her son-in-law W. Maurice Luster, daughter-in-laws Kimberly Morehead and Cassandra Morehead, 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 10, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the Berea Family Tabernacle of Faith, 68 W. Walton Blvd., Pontiac with Elder Allison officiating and Rev. Rozell Rutley, Pastor. Mrs. Scott will lie in state on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family hour Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery
