WARD, LILLIAN JANE Born January 21, 1931 in Washington County, Ohio. Ms. Ward passed away peacefully at Medi- Lodge of Rochester Hills, Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the age of 76. Lillian was formerly of Pontiac, Bloomfield Hills and previously resided at St. Elizabeth Briarbank, also in Bloomfield Hills. She was a waitress and artist, who enjoyed drawing, painting and sketching people, animals, birds and country and nature scenes. She was the dear sister of Richard K. (Alice) Ward of Waterford, Jack V.(Rosalie) Ward of Lake Orion, Susan Acosta of Orion and Patricia Ward of San Francisco, California. Sister-in-law of David (Frances) Booth of Bloomfield Hills. She was the niece of Edrie Binegar of Williamstown, WV and cousin of Evelyn Fielding of Auburn Hills. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by father John M. Ward of Harrison, MI, mother Helen G. Ward of Bloomfield Hills, sister Marilyn(Connie) Johnson of Pontiac; Sister Pamela J. Simpson of Pontiac, brother James P. Ward of Lake Orion. Funeral service Monday 11am at the Lake Orion Chapel Of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Sunday 2-7 pm. Interment White Chapel Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of Medi-Lodge of Rochester Hills for the care that was given to Lillian for the past 2 years.
