Godwin, Lucia Elizabeth Foster. May 20, 2007 Age 78 of Lake Orion. Beloved wife of the late Clifford. Loving mother of Mary (David) Hanley, Libby Godwin, Tom(Carol), Bill(Beth),Teresa(Robert) Lanahan, John (Theresa), Meg(Bob) Jacobs, Katie(Mike) Delong, Jim (Paula), Mike(Colleen), Martha(Jim) Knox and Brian (Brenda). Grandmother of 29 and Great grandmother of 1. Also survived by 4 brothers and 1 sister. Mrs. Godwin was a 30 year resident of Lake Orion/Oxford, member of St Joseph Catholic Church, a published writer, had a Master's Degree in Theology from St Mary's Seminary, and taught Religion for 10 years at Pontiac Catholic High School. Funeral Mass 11 am Friday, May 25, 2007 @ St. Joseph Catholic Church (715 N. Lapeer Rd). Family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 & Thursday 3-5 & 7-9 pm at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Rosary Thursday 7 PM.
