In loving memory of Lucille Ann Parsons; with profound sadness we announce the passing of "Sister Lu". Born April 24, 1947 at Mt. Carmel/Sinai Grace Hospital Detroit, MI. On July 22, 2021 Lucille passed peacefully in her sleep at the age of 74 at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital, Pontiac, MI. Lucille is the daughter of Frank and Leola Clowes who have preceded her in death as well as sister Linda Gauze and daughter Wendy Thomas. She is survived by her husband Palmer Wayne Parsons of 19 years, sister Patricia Galford, brother Todd Clowes, sons Shawn (Sherry) Switchenberg and Nathon Razzaq. She was aunt to many nieces and nephews and grandmother and great grandmother of many. Most of all she loved her family, friends and her ministry. Lucille will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held for Lucille at 1pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 with Pastor Robert W. Moran of Oxford Full Gospel Church officiating, at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends for visitation from 11am until the time of service.
