Luis R Casares Sr.

Luis R. Casares Sr.; age 74; of Pontiac, Michigan; passed away on March 17 ^th , 2021. He was born to Isidora Guillean and Jose Casares on January 8, 1947. Luis is survived by his children Luis R. Casares Jr. (Jennifer),  Sonya M. Casares and Tanya (Casares) Stoutenburg; as well as 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren,  and 1 great-great grandchild; two sisters Minnie Ruelas and Mary Aleman, and brothers Benny Casares, Tommy Anzurezs, and John Guillean.

He retired after 30 years from Rite Aid Distribution in Waterford, Michigan.

The family will receive friends at Sparks-Funeral Home Pontiac Chapel on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing is strongly encouraged.

A funeral service will take place at Sparks-Funeral Home Pontiac Chapel on Wednesday , March 24, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. After the service, burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery Pontiac, Michigan.
