Lynwood "Woody" W. Newcomb

Lynwood W. Newcomb "Woody"; of Pontiac; age 73; passed away on February 12, 2024.  Woody is the beloved husband of the late Vicki Lynn; loving father of Jacqueline (Robert) Murphy, the late Patrick Newcomb, Amy Gonzalez and James (Rhiannon) Newcomb; and loving grandfather of 15.  He is also survived by his 5 great grandsons; and sister Linda Wiscombe.  Lynwood retired from GM after 32 years.  He always looked forward to his yearly trips with his wife Vicki up to Newberry and loved spending time in the outdoors.  Woody was also a huge fan of the Red Wings and Tigers, never missing a game.  He will be dearly missed by his family but most of all by his beloved Chihuahua Ruby.  A Celebration of Life will be held in the coming months with dates and times to be announced later.
