Schmidt, Marcelle Kitson; September 6, 2010; age 89; dear sister of Jeanne E. and Joseph J. Durán, Clarence and Marvel Kitson and E. James and Nancy Kitson. Marcelle is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and their families. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Order of Eastern Star # 503, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Marcelle was also a member of the V.F.W. Auxillary # 1008 and a life member of the National Education Association. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 until the time of service. Interment White Chapel Cemetery. www.sparksgriffin.com.
