Marion S. Lewis

Marion S. Lewis; of Oxford; age 81; passed away on December 21, 2024.  Marion is the beloved wife of the late Gene; loving mother of Brian Smith, Wendy (Rusty) Scott and Terri (Kevan) Kuhn; loving grandmother of Megan, Steven, Rebecca, Brandon, Connor, Colin and Jacob; loving great grandmother of Deakin, Tzivya, Erenia, Pemberley and Nolin; and the rose amongst the thorns of her brothers, Terry (the late Sandy) Holton, Jack (the late Marilyn) Holton and Chuck (Bob Battiste) Holton.  For many years, Marion co-owned and operated GML Enterprises.  She also spent 25 years working at Canterbury Village in Lake Orion from the time it opened.  To all that knew her, Marion was a ray of sunshine.  She was always so welcoming, easygoing, and had the most positive outlook. She greatly enjoyed being the fun loving grandma, playing games and being a part of their lives.  Marion was also very creative.  She enjoyed sewing, doing crafts of all kinds, making personal gifts for many family and friends through the years and was an amazing baker.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Services to begin at 2:00pm with a luncheon to follow which all are invited.
