Mary Blanche Gibson "MuDear" gained her wings in Rochester Hills, Michigan, on January 22, 2024.

MuDear, Heaven just gained a very sweet angel.

Mary leaves to cherish in her memory her children, Vivian Gibson, Gary Gibson Jr., Lorenzo Gibson Sr., and Amelia London; siblings, Gloria Willingham and Jerome Grandison. She also has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Daisy and Lee Grandison; sons, Timothy and Theodore Gibson; daughter, Edwinda Dianne Gibson; brothers, Harper, Carl, George Grandison; sister-in-law, Rosetta Grandison; brother-in-law, Iscca Willingham Sr.; grandson, Andre Gibson; and nephews, Dwight Willingham Sr., and Wayne and Jackie Grandison.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 5, 2024, from 3:00 - 7:00 pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with a family hour starting at 10:30 a.m. at Franklin Road Church of Christ,1400 Franklin Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341. Interment will be at Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
