Matlyn L. Brown; Sunrise August 21, 1913 - Sunset September 23, 2009; wife of the late Paul Brown Sr.; member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Rev. Andrew Allie, Pastor. Matlyn leaves to mourn her passing, daughter Iris Brown, Wilhelmina Williams, Denise Williams and the late Paul Brown Jr.; grandchildren Sherri (Toni) Franklin, Paula Ward, Sabrina (Derek) Reese and the late Michele Williams; six great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Perry Mount Park Cemetery with Family Hour beginning at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Bryan Williams will officiate. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Reflections may be shared at www.sparksgriffin.com
