VASSALLO MICHAEL ALAN SR. Beloved husband of Stella of 32 years. Proud father of Gina (Jared) Friebal, Michael (Rachel) Jr. and Matthew Eric. New Grandfather of Isabelle Rose. Loving Son of Evan Ruth Vassallo and the late Francesco. Son-in-law of Mitchell and Mary Ann Jabczenski. Brother of Lynn (George) Mazich, Jill (Brian) Heersink and Amy(Gregory) Rivard. Brother-in-law of Mitchell (Toni) Jabczenski, James (Colleen) Jabczenski, Barbara (Allen) Valevich and Tricia (David) Cate. Uncle of Nicole, Alix, Robert, Jillian, Ian, Ryan, Christopher, Kimberly, Danielle, Bridget, Mitchell, Jacquelyn, Julian, Nick, Alex, Andrew and Vincent. God Son and nephew of Tony Vassallo and Mary Mango. Caring nephew of Don and Margaret Linson. Cousin of Phillip(Kim) and Victoria and Olivia. Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Funeral Mass Monday 11 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church (715 N. Lapeer Rd.) Family will receive friends Saturday 3-8 pm & Sunday 1-6 pm at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home.
