Mildred H. Snover

Mildred Helen Snover; of Lake Orion, Bellaire and Oxford; passed away August 23, 2018 at 100 years of age. Mildred is the beloved wife of the late Russel E. Snover; loving mother of Gloria Gray-Keigley and Bonnie (John) Barnowsky; grandmother of Kim (Chris) Giambalvo, William Johnston and Nikki Gregory; great grandmother of Erin Johnston, William Johnston IV, Kyle Johnston, Michael Johnston and Caden Gregory; and sister of Melvin Thorman, Elsie Ludeman, Gladys Laarman and Eugene Thorman.  She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ella Thorman; and siblings, Marion Clement, Myrtle Wylin, Minnie Redd, Marvin Thorman and Ray Thorman.  Mildred retired after many years at General Motors.  She loved to travel, spend time with her family and she will be dearly missed.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11am at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 5 – 8 pm and on Saturday from 10am until the time of service.  Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
