Myrtle Irene Van Hook; age 82; of Pontiac; passed away on March 21, 2017. beloved wife of the late Calvin C. Van Hook. Loving mother of Sandra (Chris) Webb, Ronald(Judy) Van Hook,Patricia(Alex) Lemos, Catherine ( Jesse) Lucio, Lawrence (Teresa) Van Hook, Jane (Bill) St. George and Thomas Van Hook. Grandmother of 19 grandchildren,48 great and 3 great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Survived by sister Tina Ledbetter and sister -in -law Bessie (C.Edward) Bowers. Irene was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Aletha Parrott, siblings Louise Widger and Charles Parrott.  Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks -Griffin Funeral Home with Pastor Zelphia J.
