Natalie-Anne Grabowski

Natalie-Anne Grabowski; of Lake Orion; age 82; passed away on January 16, 2017. Natalie-Anne is the mother of Ritamarie Petranovic, the late Marirose Carrillo, Charles (Jackie) DeBeau III, Maria (Jim) DeKimpe, Frances Hampel and Loretta Bernhardt; grandmother of 13; great grandmother of 5; and sister of Marie-Bernice Downey.  Natalie-Anne was a kind and welcoming spirit and a loving mother, grandmother and sister. For over 60 years she was a devoted member of the Secular Franciscan 3rd Order. She was a care giver, worked with Hospice, was a member of the church committee and volunteered at hospitals. Natalie-Anne will be remembered as a Missionary who lived every day as the hands and feet of Jesus.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 11am at St. Bonaventure Monastery, 1740 Mt. Elliott Street, Detroit, Michigan 48207.  There will be no viewing at the funeral home as the family will receive friends at church on Thursday from 9:30am until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.  Reflections may be shared by visiting www.sparksgriffin.com .
