Nellie May Whiteside; age 93; on November 3, 2009 at 6:25 a.m. she left this world to with her Lord and Savior; loving mother of Douglas (Avonne) Whiteside; dear grandmother of eight; great grandmother of 28; and great-great grandmother of several. Nellie worked for G.M. Truck & Coach for 31 years, and was a former member of the 1st Assembly of God Church in Pontiac. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lake Orion Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, with Rev. Gary Levi officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
