Nicole M. Burton

Nicole Burton; of Oxford; age 9; passed away November 8, 2013 after a courageous battle with Luekemia. Nicole is survived by her loving parents Jim and Shelley Burton; dog Koda; guinea pig Princess; grandparents Maureen and Jim Burton Sr. & Sharon and Terry Lang; great grandmother Margaret Hessin; aunts and uncles Monique (Earl) Reese, Aaron (Jenny) Burton, Terry Lang, Deana Pankotai and Scott (Tina) Lang. She is also survived by her many cousins, aunts and uncles. Nicole loved spending her time with her Monster High Dolls, Littlest Pet Shop and playing with her cousins. The strength, courage and hope Nicole showed will always be remembered by all of her family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 Lapeer Road, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 to 5 and Monday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, 111 East Flint Street, Lake Orion. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
