Noel Benavidez

Noel Anthony Benavidez; age 50; our loving husband, father, and brother was unexpectedly called home to be with our Lord on March 30, 2014; born February 29, 1964. Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Sandra Benavidez; children, Noel Anthony Benavidez Jr, Vicente Noe Benavidez, and Marissa Benavidez (Henry Santos); mother, Florence Garcia; father Noe R. Benavidez; and 3 sisters, Linda Benavidez (Kenny); Lisa (Victor) Flores and Star Benavidez; brothers, Noe Benavidez Jr, Isaac (Sylvia) Benavidez and Vicente (Diana) Benavidez; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, 3 favorite people, Dorothy, Yolanda, and Carol; and many friends; in-laws, Augustin (Vilma) Reyes, Steve (MaryAnn) Reyes, Isabel (Santigo) Mendoza; mother-in-law, Guardalupe Fabian Reyes. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Emilio & Pedra Benavidez; father-in-law, Augustin Reyes. He loved to dance and the Loma was his favorite place. He was a great artist, he enjoyed every moment with his family and friends but most of all, he loved to talk and laugh. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 10am at St. Damian Church, St. Vincent Parish with viewing from 9am until time of service. Family will receive friends on Friday at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac from 2-4 & 6-8pm with Rosary at 7pm at. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
