Norman E. Patton
Norman E. Patton; of Waterford; age 83; June 16, 2014. Norman is the beloved husband of Geneva Wolf Patton; father of Curtis, Debbie and David; grandfather of 12; great grandfather of 8; and brother of Shirley, Ray and Tom.
