TATE, L. OTIS of Pontiac, December 12, 2006 age 90.Beloved husband of the late Maryla Ruth Tate.Dear father of Lester (Ellen) of Lake Orion, and Ricky (Jeanie) of Orion Township. Loving Grandfather of Justin, Jennifer (Christopher) and Matthew. Beloved Great-Grandfather of Alyssa, Ethan, and Anna. Also survived by a sister-in-law, Imogene Tate, and many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Tate was retired from General Motors, Fisher Body after 42 years, and was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 7 to 9 pm. at the Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336). Funeral services Friday 11:00 am. from the Apostolic Church, 3655 N. Squirrel Rd in Auburn Hills, Pastor Richard Curton officiating. Interment Perry Mt. Park Cemetery.
