Brown, P. Thomas Age 80 of Oxford formerly of Detroit. P. Thomas fell asleep and woke in heaven on February 9, 2009. Loving husband of Barbara; Beloved father of Kevin (K.T.). Tom (Anne), Daniel (Wendy) and Kathleen(Mark) Welsh. Proud grandfather of Kyle, Sarah, Rachel, Mackenzie, Daniel, Scott, Delaney, Nicole, Ryan, Nicholas and Rebecca. Cherished brother of Robert (Mary), Jim (Carol) and Lou (Nancy). Tom was a favorite fun-loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by loving brothers and sisters from his big Irish family, Leon, Joe, George, Mary, Gertrude, John, Ruth, Sr. Patricia and Dennis. Also his parents, Irene and George Brown. He touched our lives with his laughter, song, Irish wit and tractor rides. Funeral Mass Thursday 11 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church (715 N. Lapeer Rd.) Family will receive friends Wednesday 4-9pm at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Scripture service Wednesday 7 PM.
