Pablo "Wingo" Rodriguez

Pablo Juan Rodriguez, 70, of Pontiac, MI passed away on February 10, 2022.

Pablo “Wingo” is survived by his loving wife Rhonda “Kay” Rodriguez; his children, Angela (Richie) Cilek, Dawn (Chuck) Stuurop, Nicole Nolan, Amber Nolan Rodriguez and John Rodriguez; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; his siblings Eduardo (Mary) Rodriguez, Olga Santiago, Sandra Rodriguez and Rebecca Rodriguez; his many nieces and nephews. Pablo was preceded in death by his brother Manuel Rodriguez and his mother Concepcion G Rodriguez.

Wingo was born on February 27, 1951, to the late Concepcion G Rodriguez and Pablo G. Rodriguez in St. Paul, Minnesota. He grew up in Pontiac, Michigan but part of his heart was always with his family in Minnesota. Wingo loved his family. He enjoyed every minute he had with his grandchildren. He was a huge sports fan and he loved playing the lotto. He was an outgoing person who had many friends whom he loved and treated as family. His biggest blessing in life was his family.

He will be remembered as a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He will also be remembered for those beautiful green eyes and caring smile.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 18, 2022, at 1pm at the First Spanish American Baptist Church at 1533 Giddings Rd, Pontiac, MI 48340.  The family will receive family from 11-12pm and friends from 12pm until the time of service at the church.

Interment at Christian Memorial Cemetery on Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
