Patricia A. Loviska

Patricia A. Loviska; of Pontiac and Gaylord; age 91; passed away August 17, 2016.  Patricia was the beloved wife of the late James; loving mother of Dennis (Robyn), Jean (Richard) Cox, Timothy (Colleen) and Peggy (Ken) McLaughlin; and dear grandmother of Tracy (Bob), Amy (Bernd), Carol (Bob), Michele (Andy), Brian (Susan), Rob, Denise (Graham) and James (Katie).  She is also survived by her 10 loving great grandchildren and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.  Pat was preceded in death by her sister Margaret Haas and numerous other brothers and sisters in law.  She was employed by MSU Extension and Oakland County, and was a member of St. Benedict’s, St. Mary’s of Gaylord and St. Joseph of Lake Orion.  Pat will be remembered most by her family and friends for hosting family gatherings.   Funeral mass will held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion , and at church on Friday from 10am until the time of service.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Gaylord.  Memorials may be made to the Dominican Sisters of Peace, 775 W.
