Patricia Schemanske

PATRICIA SCHEMANSKE; age 64; passed on to her heavenly home on March 9, 2017. Patricia is the loving and faithful wife of Eric; cherished mother of Jonathan (Elline) and Micah (Grace); dear grandmother of Larkyn Willow; beloved daughter of Grace (late Raymond); niece of Althea Brown; dear sister of Sandra, Barbara (Bill), Linda (Homero), Shirley (Matthew), Cindy (Tom), Jeffrey (Paige), and the late Raymond Brown Jr. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Patricia was born in Buffalo, NY on April 22, 1952. She was married to Eric Schemanske in Oxford, Michigan on August 13, 1977. Patricia taught at Oxford Christian Academy from 1974 – 1977. She proceeded to teach her own children at home K-12, and tutored many other children throughout her lifetime. In addition, she was a substitute teacher in the Bay City Schools from 2003-2005. Visitation will be at the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home , 111 E. Flint Street, Lake Orion on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 3-7pm. Funeral Services will be held at Sparks-Griffin on Monday at 11am. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to: Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, 713 9th Street, Bay City, Michigan 48708.
