HAYNES, PATRICK JR. March 13, 2009, Age 82 of Lake Orion. Beloved husband of Vernallee for 62 years. Loving father of Kathrynne Morris. Dear grandfather of Victoria Morris. Brother of Charles (Mary) Haynes of Leonard and the late Melvin, Joyce Tubbs and Ralph. Mr. Haynes retired from General Motors; He worked at the GM Proving Grounds where he was a Test Driver and also was a Field Engineer with Heavy Equipment. Patrick was a Veteran of the United States Army and Air Force serving during WWII and Korean War. He was a Staff SGT and was a member of (SAC) Strategic Air Command. He also was a member of the Lake Orion American Legion Post 233 and Royal Oak Archers. Funeral Tuesday 11 am from the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Monday after 3 Pm with suggested visiting hours of 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery. A Guest Reflection can be made @ www.sparksgriffin.com
