Patrick Joseph Sweeney; age 83; born in Hadley, MI in 1930 and later moved to Lake Orion in 1939; passed away January 28, 2014. Husband of the late Frances Sweeney; loving father of Joseph & James (Cora) Sweeney; dear grandfather of Megan, Lana and Aubrie Sweeney; brother of William (Jean) Sweeney, the late Marie (Robert) Reynolds, the late Gloria (Herb) Thurber, Margaret (Larry) Denis, Michael (Judy) Sweeney, the late June (Landon) Huff, Charleen (Jack) Collins, Doris Ann (John) Pennala, the late Donald Sweeney, Leeanne (Aimee) Arsonault and Robert (Joanne) Sweeney; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
