Peggy Jean Boggis

December 8, 1934 — July 10, 2014

Peggy Jean Boggis, age 79, of Lake Orion is now at rest on July 10th after a long battle with Dementia. Born December 8, 1934 in Port Huron she was the loving wife of the late William Boggis, Mother of Mark, Lee Anne , Stephanie , Grandmother to Greg and Katelyn beloved In-Law to Pete and Pat Marriott of Lake Orion and Jim and Jan Boggis of Roseville. She is survived by her sisters Connie Achee of Texas and Judy Brossette of Louisiana. Her Family is grateful to the staff of Lake Orion Nursing for their care given over the last four years and to "QT" Elcine Long of Pontiac for her exemplary care and friendship during her stay at Lake Orion Nursing. Her Children will cherish all of our wonderful childhood memories their parents provided with the many wonderful camping trips made from Madison Heights to Metamora. After experiencing the wonderful "up north life" through their camping trips in Metamora, the family moved to lovely Beach Drive on Tommy's Lake in Lake Orion. A Memorial Service will be held at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home 111 E. Flint St. Lake Orion on Saturday July 26th, family and friends at 11 am Service at Noon. A luncheon will follow at Christi's Restaurant 95 E. Clarkston Rd Lake Orion.
