PELTIER, PHYLLIS R. February 28, 2008 Age 74 of Oxford. Beloved wife of the late Donald. Dear mother of Michael(Catherine). Sister of Jan Stillwell. Mrs. Peltier was a Teacher in the Rochester Schools. Funeral service Monday 11 am at Oakwood Restoration Branch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Family will receive friends Sunday from 1-5pm at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home.Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery, Oxford.
