Ralph Nichols

Ralph E. Nichols; of Pontiac; age 63; passed away October 17, 2017. Ralph is the husband of Sabrina for 17 years; father of Ralph (Melissa) Nichols II, Albert Nichols, Melissa Houghtaling, Kathy (John) Sayles, Jackqueline (Carlos) Paul and Kenyada (Marcus) Bowman; grandfather of 14; and brother of Dawn Whelpley, Donnamae (Carl) Smith, Ray (Donna) Nichols, Leila (Joel) Watson and David (Marilyn) Grose.  He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Nichols and Dellamae Williams; step father Marvin Willimas; brothers, Larry Williams and Jeff Nichols; and brother in law Warren Whelpley.  Ralph was retired from GM Truck and Bus after 32 years.  He enjoyed hunting with his boys, off-roading Up North, fishing and spending time with his family.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 3pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 2pm until the time of service.  Reflections may be shared by visiting www.sparksgriffin.com.
