Raymond R. Rattai

Ray R. Rattai; of Oakland; age 80; passed away February 8, 2018. Ray is the beloved husband of Patricia; loving father of Alisa Lewis and Sondra (Andrew) Brasile; loving grandfather of Renee Dahlin, Seth Brasile, Amber Brown, Sarah Sweetland, Ashley Brasile, Megan Lewis and Micah Lewis; and dear great grandfather of Hope Dahliln, Eliana Sweetland, Evelyn Brasile, Nora Brown, Emerson Sweetland and Cameron Willits. He is also survived by his brothers Otto and Edwin Rattai. Ray retired from GM after 35 years as a metal model maker and welder. He was known as a collector of many things, loved cracking jokes and always had a smile on his face. Ray had a huge heart and would give anyone the shirt off his back. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11am at Christ the King Church, Oxford.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 4-7 at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.  Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
