November 9, 1931 — June 15, 2011

Rev. James H. Wright; June 15, 2011; of Auburn Hills, age 79; beloved husband of the late Genevia Wright; dearest father of Ruth Haywood and Diana Hickman; and loving grandfather of Jeff, Alisha, Greg, and Jennifer. He also leaves behind his seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; brother JD (Jean) Wright; and sister Virginia (Pauline) Barnett. Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his son James Paul "Pete". Mr. Wright was a lifelong member of the First Social Brethen Church of Pontiac and proud owner of All Star Motors for many years. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2011 from 12:30 to 8:00 p.m. with Funeral Services beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Interment will take place on Saturday with family and friends gathering at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. for a procession and Committal services which will be held at Ottawa Park Cemetery.
