Richard Dwaine Parks

Richard Dwaine Parks; of Oxford; age 64; passed away suddenly on July 7, 2023.  Richard is the loving father of Breana Parks and step-father of Melissa Capelan and Deidra Parks; dear brother of Patti (Bill) Bone and Michelle (Robert) Woodward.  He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Ruth Ann Parks and his sister Shirley Parks.  He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.

Richard was a friendly guy with a terrific smile who loved watching sports, car shows and going to the casino with his friend Karen.  He recently moved to Hope Senior Apartments where he made lots of new friends.  He was enjoying his new home.

A Celebration of Richard's Life will be planned at a future date.  Interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
