Roger Dewayne Hall

Roger DeWayne Hall; age 65; was called home to be with the Lord, July 4, 2016. Married 42 years to his loving wife, Lois Ann Hall; of which they have one son, Michael DeWayne (Alisia Anne) Hall; and two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Rae Hall and Garr et Roger Hall. Roger is also the brother-in-law of Berneda (Richard) Sharpe and Teddy (Sue) Parsons; uncle of Stacy Parsons, Lisa Marquez and Travis Sharpe; and many great nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, DeWayne Edward (Ersa Mae) Hall; and infant brother, Gary Hall. He was r etired from St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital where he worked as a powerhouse engineer. He served in the U.S. Army and was an armored cavalry veteran of Vietnam. Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycling and played tirelessly with his treasured grandchildren. He will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family and his friends, pride in his work and playful nature. Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion. Visitation will be held from 11am until the time of service. Interment will be held at Salisbury, North Carolina National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Legion. www.sparksgriffin.com
