Royce Anthony Rice

He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Zierra Kapri Rice and son Joshua Anthony Bursey; sisters Tracey T. Montgomery and LaTonya L. Carter; half siblings Asayda White (Grass), Roy Munson (Pee-Wee), Kanisha (Montgomery) Green, Nisha Ford and several others.

Royce will also be missed by his three grandsons De'Air L. Dudley, Elijah L. Rogers and Joshua (J.B.) Bursey; his extended family Betty Montgomery, James (Evelyn) Montgomery, Joyce (Dr. James) Wright, Janice Long and departed Robert Montgomery, a host of other relatives, friends and his road-doggie Phoenix.

Extending a special thank you to his caring niece Shauntay Madden; caring neighbors Gloria Morgan, Trece Puckett, Marcus Adams and Brandy and Steven Gibbs.

For those of us that Royce leaves behind PLEASE remember his kindness, his thoughtfulness, his way of forgiveness and his sense of humor.

A service in his memory will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 26, 2022, at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Pontiac, Mi.
