Ruth Linnea Bohlman

Ruth L. Bohlman; formerly of Lake Orion and Rose City; age 78; passed away on March 26, 2019. Ruth is the beloved wife of the late Edward “Bill” Bohlman; loving mother of Philip (Marijean), Paul (Diane), Mark (Jill) and Joyce; loving grandmother of Elizabeth, Nathaniel, Joseph, Ethan, Jonathan, Sethan and Maribeth; and great grandmother of Benjamin, Mathew, Oliver, Declan, David and Tia. She was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Wilhemina Rapelje; and brothers, Roger and Ron. Ruth retired after many years at Crittenton Hospital. She was an active member in her church, and was very involved with Right to Life and the Crisis Pregnancy Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 11am at the First Baptist Church of Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 to 5pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion. Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery. In honor of Ruth Bohlman memorials may be made to Right to Life.
