Salvatore "Sal" Agro; of Lake Orion; age 67; September 2, 2010; beloved husband of Barbara; loving father of Michael (Cherie) of Lake Orion, Anthony (Dianne) of Troy, and Nicholas (Jennifer) of Lake Orion; dear grandfather of Kara, Amber, Joseph, Anna Grace, Carson and Addison; and brother of Josephine (Antonio) Berardi, Gaetano "Tom" (Danielle) Agro, Anna Marie (Rick) Rambach, and Michael Agro, all of Buffalo, New York. Sal is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Carmella Agro. Sal retired after 32 years of service as a Supervisor with General Motors and American Axle. Sal will always be remembered as the coach and mentor to many. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lake Orion Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Lake Orion High School Athletics Program.
