Teresa "Terri" Bauer

Teresa "Terri" Patricia Bauer; (previously Formicola); age 52; of Lake Orion; previously of North Branch. Passed away peacefully in her home from an illness on January 23, 2015. Terri was born on September 19, 1962 in Detroit to parents Patricia and Ron Bauer. She graduated from Rochester High School, class of 1980. Terri worked for many years with her family's classic car restoration shop, Cactus Auto Restoration and Crete Busters Concrete Company. She was also an integral part of her family's auto racing team, Cactus Motorsports. She later earned her massage therapy license and started her own business. Terri loved horses and was an accomplished equestrian. The thing she loved most in this world was her family and friends. She was very proud to be her father's daughter and was thrilled to have recently become a grandma. She would do anything for the people she loved and would always go out of her way to make others happy. Terri is survived by the father of her daughter, Tony Formicola; her daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Dan Prevost; granddaughters, Trinity, Liberty, and Ariana Prevost; her mother, Patricia Bauer; her father, Ron Bauer; and her sister, Cindy Bauer. Memorial Services were held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 1pm at her church, New Beginnings Baptist Church in Lake Orion. Terri was active in the community and with her church and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.
