Vangilder, Terry M.; of Rochester Hills; Sunrise September 16, 1948 - Sunset December 6, 2007; Beloved son of Doris Vangilder and the late Basil Vangilder. Loving brother of James (Ellen) Vangilder, Julie Steinmetz and Jeffrey (Shelia) Vangilder. Dear uncle of Stephen, Patrick, Nicholas, Matthew Vangilder, Shanna Steinmetz and Lauren (Rico) D'Amico; and great uncle of Wesley and Gretta. Terry was preceded in death by his brother Stephen. Terry was a graduate of Avondale High School in 1966 and a veteran of the US Army. He attended OCC, operated Beebe Tires for many years and was a member of the American Legion Hill - Gazette Post 143 of Auburn Hills. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks- Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. and Monday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment Lakeville Cemetery. Reflections may be shared at www.sparksgriffin.com.
