Thomas Wasielewski

Thomas Wasielewski; of Lake Orion; passed away on May 1, 2025 at 76 years of age.  Tom is the beloved husband of Brenda for 47 years; devoted father of Jon (Kim) Wasielewski, Susan (Todd) Glover, Jeremy (Karen) Wasielewski, Anthony (Jen) Wasielewski, and Amanda (Kelly) Kilgore; loving grandfather of Heidi, Jay, Megan, Lindsey, Faith, Jacob, Joshua, Katherine, Amelia, Maggie, Colin, and Owen; and dear great grandfather of Alice, Brenden, and Wyatt.  He is also survived by many other family members.  Tom grew up two doors down from the fire department in Flint.  As a kid he worked at the Ford Dealer in Flint and many years later retired from General Motors.  Tom enjoyed woodworking as a child, and was an avid shooter and collector of firearms and knives.  He was also a history buff, especially of World War II.  Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Lake Orion.  The family will receive family and friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Tom’s name.
