Timothy A. Sawyers of Independence Twp.; age 40; passed away February 3, 2009; beloved son of Thomas and the late Violet Sawyers of Independence Twp.; loving brother of Tressa (Patrick) Riley of Augusta, Georgia and Delney (Dennis) Proebstel of Oregon; and dear uncle of Daniel, Amanda, Thomas and Neysa. Tim was employed with Oakland County Parks and Recreation for over 20 years. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home.
