Veronica May Bivens

Veronica May Bivens; of Lake Orion; age 94; passed away on July 11, 2019. Veronica was the beloved wife of the late Joe A. Bivens; loving mother of Joseph (Brenda), Etta (Jim), Emil (Della), Everett (Fran) and the late Terry (Bobbie); loving grandma of 16; great grandma of 34; and great great grandma of 8. She was preceded in death by her parents Emil and Etta Grappin. Veronica will be dearly missed by her family and friends who loved her at the Lake Orion Nursing Center and Heritage Place Apartments in Lake Orion where she resided since September of 1993. She also loved playing bingo with her friends and spending time with all her grandkids. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 1pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home.
