Lanning, Virgil E.; August 10, 2007; of Pontiac; age 85; loving father of Gloria (Fred) Cardinal and Paul Lanning; dear brother of Bettie Hilderbrand; grandfather of ten and great grandfather of fifteen. Mr. Lanning was preceded in death by his son Jack and three brothers, Vance, Arthur and John. He was a veteran of W.W.II. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
