Virginia Ortiz Perez; age 64; of Pontiac; passed away February 22, 2017. Beloved wife of Efrain Vargas Rivera; loving mother of Efrain Vargas Ortiz (Bethzaida Vargas), Jose Daniel Vargas Ortiz (Yeika S. Vargas) and Frances Velez (Javier Velez). Survived by 8 grandchildren; one brother and four sisters. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home.
