Loving father of Jack, Billy, Michael and Robert Bell, Tim and Larry DeCost and Rick Roach. Bill had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 4p.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks- Griffin Funeral Home.
