William J. Vance

William J. Vance, August 6, 2010; of Pontiac; age 75. Loving father ofRichard Vance, Brian (Marie) Vance, Suzanna (Bryan) Helzer; loving grandfather of thirteen; and one great-grandchild. Beloved companion for many years of Bonnie Zrnich and Bill will be missed by his two dogs, Shadow and Little Bit. Preceded in death by his children Julie and Randy; parents, and five siblings. Also survived by four sisters; Lucille, Eleanor, Viola and Lucy; and one brother Lewis; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Bill retired from Fisher Body after many years of service. He loved to golf, bowl, play pool and play cards. Funeral services will be held at Faith Baptist Church in Waterford at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Family will receive friends at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home on Monday, August 9 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Interment at Ottawa Park Cemetery.
