STRATTON, WILLIAM E. of Oxford, January 24, 2007 age 83.Beloved husband of the late Martha.Dear father of Linda (Louis) Wilber of Oxford, and Janis (Gerry) Potts of Oxford,Loving Grandfather of Matt, Janet, Robert, Randy, Frank, William, and Tony, and Great-Grandfather of 8. Brother of Helen Birdsey of Traverse City, and Ruby Mc Courtney of Davison. Mr. Stratton was the building superintendent of Calvary Baptist Church of Hazel Park, and was a Army veteran of WW 2. Funeral services Monday 3:00 pm. from the Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336). Interment Roseland Park Cemetery. The Stratton family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 1 to 4 pm, and 6 to 9 pm. Memorials may be made to Beaumont Hospice.
