James D. Downey Jr.

James D. Downey Jr.; of Oxford; passed away peacefully on October 14, 2019 at the age of 92. Jim is the dear husband of the late Elmira Downey; beloved father of Christopher (Kim) Downey, Kevin (Jackie) Downey and Anne (Rodney) Prahin; adoring grandfather of Anita, Jennifer, Katherine and John; and great grandfather of Sarah, Kamryn, Evan and Jacob. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 9am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lake Orion with visitation from 8:30am until the time of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations suggested to Hospice of Michigan.
